This discussion group focuses on preparing parents to successfully guide youth through some of their most challenging and defining years, while strengthening familial bonds.
Through a study of gospel principles, behavioral science, and real-world experience, we will counsel together and learn how to better emulate our Heavenly Parents and become trusted guides to our children.
Below is a loose outline of the topics we will be covering; however, these topics may change based on the needs of the group.
This group will meet on the fourth Thursday of the month beginning in August and continue for four
consecutive months (with the exception of Thanksgiving).
Joe and Melissa Saturnino
The Saturninos are members of the Perry Park Ward, but have also lived in the Castle Rock Ward and Crystal Valley Ward. They have four children aged 16, 18, 21, and 24. Originally from Southern California, they have lived in the Denver metro area for 15 years and enjoy all the splendors that Colorado has to
offer. They can be found working in the temple on Wednesday evenings and have a strong testimony of the blessings of the temple. In their spare time, they enjoy scuba diving, riding motorcycles, traveling, attending art festivals, hiking and spending time with family (especially their first granddaughter).
